A practical plan

Choose the work that makes the next step possible.

For a service business preparing a campaign, I would first confirm the offer and customer journey, then scope the supporting messages.

This sample shows a possible order, the information needed and how we would review each piece. Your priorities follow your business and available budget.

Working together

A partner who knows
where you left off.

My background connects small-business marketing, ministry communication and hands-on website work. You work directly with me to choose the priority and carry it through.

Meet Grant
  1. Choose

Look at the customer problem, likely value, available inputs and budget. Agree a useful deliverable, schedule and review before work starts.

  2. Complete

I prepare and produce the work. You supply current details and relevant access, then review and approve it.

  3. Build on it

Review the finished work, what we can learn and the next priority. The business context and decisions carry forward.

Review what matters for the task.

A working customer journey, an email's route to its main action, or relevant inquiry and search data after enough observation. Finishing a deliverable and understanding its business effect are different checks; the review follows the work and available data.

Stay connected to the work.

Meet directly with me at agreed times, subject to availability, with no separate meeting fee. Preparation, coordination, checks and follow-up fit within the agreed monthly capacity.

Monthly budgets

Monthly marketing support: $350–$1,500+

per month · USD

Larger partnerships are individually scoped. $1,500 is not a maximum.

Choose a monthly budget and a useful priority. I plan and complete the work we agree on, then share what changed.

You work directly with me. Priorities can change from month to month as your business needs change.

  1. $350per month

    One small improvement

Coordination and a brief progress update included.

    Discuss this budget

For exampleUpdate an existing website section using supplied information, or adapt an existing promotional asset.

  2. $1,000per month

Two focused projects or a larger initiative

Two appropriately scoped projects, or one larger agreed priority.

    Discuss this budget

For exampleCoordinate a website offer update with its supporting email.

  3. $1,500+per month

    More substantial support

For more substantial or connected work.

    Discuss this budget

For exampleSeveral agreed priorities across the website, content, and customer follow-up.

These are alternatives, not a bundle. I confirm what fits after reviewing your materials and setup.

Campaign studies show the range of possible work. Custom design, platform setup and production are scoped individually; a complete campaign is not included at an entry budget.

Clear scope. A defined finish.

Before work starts, we agree on the deliverable, what I need from you, included revisions, the schedule, and what finished means.

Taking longer than I estimated does not increase the agreed price. A change to the work or fee needs your agreement first.

Direct access, with room to do the work.

Month-to-month from the start, with no required initial multi-month commitment.

Meet directly with me at agreed times, subject to availability, with no separate meeting fee. Planning, messages, meetings, revisions, checks, and follow-up all fit within the agreed monthly scope.

Outside costs. Advertising, software subscriptions, domain, hosting, and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included. Entry budgets do not include ongoing management of every channel.

Larger projects can be staged across months or quoted separately. Unused work does not automatically carry forward, accumulate as credit, or borrow from future months. Existing client agreements and prices remain governed by their actual agreements.

Start a Conversation

Let’s choose a useful next step.

Before we begin

A few starting questions.

Do we have to begin with a website project?

No. A suitable existing website can be the starting point. You can also begin with customer communication or help deciding what to improve. A larger website project is recommended separately if the work needs it.

What if I don’t know where to start?

Bring what you’re noticing: an outdated offer, a page customers find confusing, or a message you haven’t had time to send. I help you decide where to begin and what information is needed to scope the work.

What will you need from me?

That depends on the work. It may include current business information, existing content or assets, and access to the relevant website or email platform. We identify those inputs before starting, along with what you’ll need to review and approve.

What if I only need one project?

Say so when you get in touch. A separately scoped website or content project may fit better than ongoing support. Monthly support is useful when there is work to return to as your business needs change.

Which channels can we work on?

Website improvements, search and content, email and SMS, and social or campaign support. We choose the work that fits the agreed budget and your existing setup. Entry budgets do not include ongoing management of every channel.

How will we assess progress?

First, review the agreed deliverable and its quality. Then consider relevant customer feedback, inquiry or search data when it is available and has had enough time to be useful. The review fits the task; it is not a promise of a business result or a separate analytics program.

How do scheduling and ongoing support work?

Support is month-to-month from the start. Before work begins, we agree on the priority, inputs, review and timing. Meetings are scheduled directly with me, within availability and the agreed work capacity. Your proposal records the practical arrangements.

What would you like to move forward?

Tell me what you need help with. I’ll review what you share and suggest a next step. A short conversation can follow if it would be useful.
